The scanner is perfectly reliable and works fine so long as I remember to remove all the staples - in fact it is more reliable than me! It ALWAYS tells you if pages have gone through together, usually due to folded paper put in (ie my fault), and if the paper is well organised I can almost leave it to it. It is SO quick - genuinely 20 duplex copies/minute, the thing that slows the process is my being ready with the next file.
